Module 3 - "Build & Sustain High Performance"

NOTE:  It is currently our intention that this cohort will be delievered in-person.  However, due to COVID19, we reserve the right to make the final decision as to an in-person or a live-virtual delivery in late 2021 and based on the situation at that time.

Session 5 - Organizational Systems Thinking (OST)

• Understand OST fundamentals and the leader’s role
• Learn the principles to build an OST system – management, production/operations, human systems
• Conduct a current organizational OST assessment
• Draft the to-be-state system based on OST

Session 6 - Build and Sustain High Performance

• How to build and leverage mechanisms
• Organizational Systems Thinking™ – alignment of the 3 systems
• How to read the systems and people
• Conducting process audits and sustaining improvements

Module 3 includes:

• 4 - half day skill development sessions
• 4 - peer community group sessions (part of the skill development days)
• 1 - half day peer community group session
• 1 - 2 hour on-site** coaching gembas (go & see) (*GTA only)
• 2 - 1 hour coaching calls

Skill development sessions run from 12:30PM - 5:00PM EST (9:30AM - 2:30PM PST)

Community group sessions run from 12:30PM - 5:00PM EST (9:30AM - 2:30PM PST)

On-site coaching gembas and coaching calls to be scheduled individually

* Alternative options can be discussed individually for participants attending from outside the GTA such as a virtual gemba or additional coaching calls.
