- Overview of Organizational Systems Thinking model.
- Fundamentals of the change curve and how to lead through it
- Key components of a change management plan
- Identifying the learning opportunity
- Assessing the level of mastery and giving effective feedback
Session 2 - Culture & Future State
- Organizational vision/mission creation
- Requirements to establish and sustain the desired culture
- Organizational culture assessment
- Power of mental models
- Create alignment, meaning, and a higher purpose for work
Module 1 includes:
- 4 - half day skill development sessions
- 4 - peer community group sessions (part of the skill development sessions)
- 1 - half day peer community group session
- 3 - 1 hour coaching calls
All sessions run from 12:30PM - 5:00PM EST / 9:30AM - 2:00PM PST
