Front Line Leaders - Winter 2021

The Front Line Leadership Development Program provides leaders with the skills to create a high-performance culture and engage their teams in Continuous Improvement Thinking.

 In addition to the focused content of the workshops, the leaders and their mentors are supported by expert coaching between workshops to practice the skills they learn and to ensure skill development continues after the conclusion of the program.

Learning content will be delivered online. To practice the content, in-person sessions will be held after each learning session.
