Moving from a front-line leader to a middle management leader is one of the most challenging evolution a leader can make.
This comprehensive and practical leadership skills development program will provide middle managers with the tools and thinking to successfully transition to a High-Performance Middle Manager Leader.
This leadership skill development program is based on learning and doing methodology. Each leaders is required to apply what they learn through a personal development plan that they will complete during the program.
Each leader will receive one-on-one coaching support from a proven and experienced leader to guide them through key practical skill development and formation of essential leader habits. Each leader is also required to have an internal company mentor to advise, challenge and support them through the program.
The Lead from the Middle program was designed from the input and feedback of a steering committe of industry senior leaders, based on what they see their leaders are either lacking or need to successfully drive the their organizations in today's challenging business. The program has an operational leadership focus, but provides excellent skill development for any middle level leader.

3 high-impact modules of skill and habit development
The Lead from the Middle program is a comprehensive leadership development program that has been designed to equip a middle level leader with the necessary skills and habits to be highly effective and lead a high performing department or team. The program is offered in three high-impact individual modules of three-month duration each.
The program will be delivered in a live-virtual format. Learning sessions will be delivered virtually in 4.5-hour blocks. Virtual sessions will be delivered at a consistent time weekly with breaks between sessions and modules to allow for application of the thinking. Peer Exchange sessions allow for more in-depth discussion and to strengthen connections with your peers. All coaching will be facilitated virtually.
