Our program follows the Learn, Share, Commit approach, emphasizing hands-on skill development. Topics covered include transitioning from a manager to a leader, effective communication from a middle management perspective, self-development, developing others, understanding organizational systems, and mastering middle manager fundamentals.

This program consists of three high-impact modules, each lasting three months, designed to equip you with the skills and habits necessary for effective middle management leadership.
The Lead from the Middle program is a comprehensive leadership development program that has been designed to equip a middle level leader with the necessary skills and habits to be highly effective and lead a high performing department or team. The program is offered in three high-impact individual modules of three-month duration each.
The program will be delivered in a live-virtual format. Learning sessions will be delivered virtually in 4.5-hour blocks. Virtual sessions will be delivered at a consistent time weekly with breaks between sessions and modules to allow for application of the thinking. Peer Exchange sessions allow for more in-depth discussion and to strengthen connections with your peers. All coaching will be facilitated virtually.
