Understanding the Importance of Our Cancellation Policy



  • At High Performance Leaders Inc. (HPL), we are dedicated to providing a high-quality and enriching experience for all participants in our Leadership Development Programs.


  • To ensure the smooth operation of our programs and to maintain fairness and consistency, we have established a clear and transparent cancellation policy.


  • This policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with cancellations, transfers, and program completion requirements.


  • We believe that having a well-defined policy helps to protect the integrity of the program and ensures that resources are effectively allocated to benefit all participants.


  • We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these guidelines, which ultimately contribute to the success and effectiveness of our leadership development initiatives.


  • HPL may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you agree to any such changes. This policy is effective from October 17, 2023.




Cancellation Policy for Leadership Development Programs


Cancellation Periods:

  • Cancellations made more than 5 business days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund of the program fee.
  • Cancellations made within 5 business days of the program start date will incur the full program fee, which is non-refundable.


Refund Process:

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days from the date of cancellation.


Transfer Policy:

  • Participants may transfer their registration to another individual at any time before the program start date, at no additional cost. Please notify us of any such changes.


Program Postponement or Cancellation:

  • In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule the program due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to a future program or receive a full refund.
  • High Performance Leaders Inc. shall not be held liable for any costs, fees, penalties, or expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to, hotel accommodations, airfares, car rentals, or any other associated expenses.


No-Show Policy:

  • Failure to attend the program without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the program fee.


Cancellation Notification:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@hp-leaders.com . Please include the participant's name, program name, and program start date in the subject line.


Program Completion Requirements:

  • Participants are expected to meet the specified program completion requirements, as outlined in the program outlines and materials provided. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the forfeiture of the program fee.


Code of Conduct:

  • Participants in our Leadership Development Program are expected to conduct themselves with the highest standards of professionalism, respect, and courtesy towards fellow participants, facilitators, and staff.
  • Participants who fail to uphold this code of conduct may be subject to removal from the program cohort, and their program fee forfeited. High Performance Leaders Inc and our facilitators reserves the right to make this determination at its sole discretion.



  • Exceptions to this policy may be granted in cases of extenuating circumstances. All such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
