Front Line Leaders - Winter 2023

The Front Line Leadership Development Program provides leaders with the skills to create a high-performance culture and engage their teams in Continuous Improvement Thinking.

 In addition to the focused content of the workshops, the leaders and their mentors are supported by expert coaching between workshops to practice the skills they learn and ensure skill development continues after the program's conclusion.
