The Front Line Leadership Development Program provides leaders with the skills to create a high-performance culture and engage their teams in Continuous Improvement Thinking.
In addition to the focused content of the workshops, the leaders and their mentors are supported by expert coaching between workshops to practice the skills they learn and to ensure skill development continues after the conclusion of the program.
This program has been operated and facilitated for over 10 years by High Performance Solutions & Consortium, graduating over 2,000 leaders in hundreds of organizations. Now in collaboration with High Performance Leaders, this same program has been refreshed and offered in a live-virtual hybrid delivery. This means that learning content will be delivered live online. To practice the content, in-person sessions will be held after each learning session.
