Moving from a front-line leader to a middle management leader is one of the most challenging evolution a leader can make. Lead from the Middle is a comprehensive and practical leadership skills development program that will provide middle managers with the tools and thinking to successfully transition to a High-Performance Middle Manager Leader.
We have recently launched an on-line leadership development site that we will continue to develop content available at your disposal. Although it will take time to grow the content, we have launched with our first free short burst development courses as follows:
Leading Virtually - Tips to keep your team engaged and getting results
Leading Problem Solving - 5 essential ways to engage and lead your teams in problem solving
Both courses are live recordings from our Lunch and Lead Series events that have been made into short duration lessons for your convenience. Free site registration and course enrollment is required, but is easy and fast!
High Performance Leadership Teams
Is your team effective, but not realizing their full potential? High Performance Leadership Teams, is a 1 day (or 2 day optional) leadership workshop based on specific information collected from your team and tailored to your needs, transforming your leadership team into a higher performing leadership team. This fun but impactful team building session will identify the team's strenghths to become even more effecive, while identifying and developing the team in areas of opportunity to drive higher levels of team performance. A great addition to your planned leadership off-site or team meeting agenda, or as a stand alone session.

Components of High Performance, Putting The Pieces Together, is a team based 1-day program designed to introduce teams to the necessary components to achieve high performance and establish the initial first steps to get started. This program is available upon client request held at the client's location or an offsite location.
Getting Your "Stuff" Together
Leadership Hacks, Getting Your "Stuff" Together, is a 2.5 hour live-virtual or in-person development seminar providing proven effective leadership tips and processes for any level leader to get and stay organized, achieve more, and get things done. This program will have scheduled open session dates or a team based session can be arranaged based upon client request.
