Effective Leader Program


Program Overview


HPL's Effective Leader Program is a 12 month comprehensive practical leadership development program providing leaders with a core success factor; the skills to lead and develop a high performance organization sustained through the habits of an Effective Leader.


Participant leaders receive one-one coaching support from an experienced leader/coach during and after the program skill development sessions to continue and guide them through the development of their skills the formation of leader habits.  Cohort enrollment is limited to 10-12 to ensure the most effective coach to participant leader interaction.


Following the proven methodology of leaveraged learning consortiums, a leader peer community is utilized to provide additional support, learning and to share best practices amoung program leaders.


Upon successful completion of the program and execution of their implementation plan, participant leaders will have the skills and habits to take their organizations to a high level of sustained performance to compete and win.

Accelerate Growth


What sets this program apart from others is the one-one coaching that each participant leader receives throughout the program.  Our coaches are industry and business professionals with many years of hands-on experience in executive level positions within operations and supply chain.  They will be there every step of the way to assist and support the participant leaders develop and hone their skills and habits.  Each cohort is limited to 10-12 participant leaders to ensure the most effective coach to participant leader interaction.
