Program Overview

 

HPL's Effective Leader Program is a comprehensive practical leadership development program providing leaders with a core success factor; the skills to lead and develop a high performance organization sustained through the habits of a highly effective leader.

 

Participant leaders receive one-one coaching support from an experienced leader/coach during and after the program skill development sessions to continue and guide them through the development of their skills and the formation of essential leader habits. 

 

Cohort enrolment is limited to ensure the most effective coach to participant leader interaction.

 

The proven methodology from learning consortiums of leveraging a leader peer community is also utilized to provide additional support, learning, and to share best practices amoung program leaders.

 

Upon successful completion of the program and execution of their implementation plan, participant leaders will have the skills and habits to take their organizations to a high level of sustained performance to compete and win.

High Performance Road Map

 

3 high-impact modules of skill and habit development

 

The Effective Leader Program is a comprehensive leadership development program that has been designed to equip a leader with the necessary skills and habits to be highly effective and lead a high performing organization.  The program is offered in three high-impact individual modules of three-month duration each.   It is recommended to adhere to the ordered module sequence, however due to variable personal and business demands, there is no pre-requisite and a leader may join, or rejoin, at the beginning of any semester.  As demand dictates, additional modules will be added within the semesters to provide additional scheduling options and full program completion.

 

 

 

Each module is based around a focused theme, building leader competence and confidence both within and beyond each module.  The sessions contain powerful tools and techniques that all leaders require and can immediately apply in the course of their demanding days to help them become deliberate, in-control, and more effective leaders.  Content is focused on the core elements leaders tell us they need and desire to enhance their skills.  The sessions are not academic management theory, but rather very practical and proven methodologies to combat and assist with the high demands placed on all leaders in business today.

Accelerate Growth

 

What sets this program apart from others is the one-one coaching that each participant leader receives throughout the program.  Our coaches are industry and business professionals with many years of hands-on experience in executive level positions within operations and supply chain.  They will be there every step of the way to assist and support the participant leaders develop and hone their skills and habits.  Each cohort has limited enrollment to ensure the most effective coach to participant leader interaction.  Participant leaders will obtain access to the coaches throughout the program through:
